1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and judifree ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, accessing or using any judifree service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms stated here.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to register or continue using the judifree platform. judifree operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and arcade games to eligible players.

These terms and conditions should be read together with the judifree Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guide, all of which form part of the overall agreement between judifree and each player.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register and use judifree services, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not in the capacity of a third party
• Not be prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling activities
• Register using true, accurate and current personal information including your full name, date of birth and mobile phone number
• Not have had a previous judifree account closed or suspended due to fraud or breach of terms

judifree reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of MyKad or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Player Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at judifree. Owning or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is a serious breach of these terms. judifree reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any accumulated credit balances and winnings.

Players are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account. This includes:

• Keeping their account username and password confidential
• Not sharing login details with any other party
• Ensuring that the device used to access the account is secure
• Notifying judifree immediately if there is any unauthorised access
• Updating personal information if any changes occur

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at judifree are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods without exception. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 for all methods.

Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is confirmed. This timeframe may vary depending on account verification requirements and system load at the time. judifree is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

judifree reserves the right to request additional documents before processing withdrawals of significant amounts, in order to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

judifree offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. Players are advised to read the bonus terms carefully before accepting them.

The judifree welcome bonus is a 150% first deposit bonus up to RM1,500. The terms of this bonus require players to complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be processed.

Example of how the welcome bonus wagering requirement is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Players found to be exploiting the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or deliberately using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus eligibility cancelled and their accounts may be suspended.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed at judifree are subject to the specific rules for each game type or sport. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets. judifree is not responsible for any bets placed based on a misunderstanding of the game rules.

The general rules that apply include the following:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the player
• Winnings are credited to the account once the result has been confirmed by the system
• In the event of a technical fault or system error, judifree reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the bet amount to the player
• Bets placed with fraudulent intent or to exploit system vulnerabilities will be voided
• Results announced by the game operator or sports provider are final

The judifree VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — up to 0.2% (Bronze), 0.4% (Silver), 0.6% (Gold) and 0.8% (Platinum). Active and consistent players will move up to higher tiers based on their betting activity records.

7 Responsible Gambling

judifree takes its social responsibility in the gambling industry seriously. The platform is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. Gambling should be a source of entertainment and not a way to solve financial problems.

Responsible gambling tools available to judifree players include:

• Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via customer support
• Setting loss limits for a specified period to control spending
• Temporary account suspension upon player request
• Permanent account closure for players who apply for self-exclusion

Players who apply for self-exclusion will not be permitted to open a new account at judifree for the duration of the specified period. judifree reserves the right to reject new account registrations if the system detects an attempt by a self-excluded player to return to the platform.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

judifree reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following situations occur:

• The player provides false or inaccurate personal information during registration
• Ownership or operation of multiple accounts
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Exploitation of bugs, system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in breach of the stated conditions
• Threats, abuse or improper conduct towards customer support staff
• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting judifree customer support via live chat or email. Any verified account balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the required security checks.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

judifree does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or viruses. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.

Subject to applicable law, judifree is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, income or data suffered by the player
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond judifree's control, including internet disruptions, power failures or natural disasters
• Actions or decisions by third-party game providers registered on the platform
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password

10 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

judifree reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the judifree website, unless stated otherwise.

Players are advised to review this terms and conditions page periodically. Continued use of the judifree platform after changes are published will be considered as the player's acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where judifree operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism set by the relevant licensing authority.
